Reconnecting through Dreamwidth

this is not the turn of events I anticipated bringing people here, but hello to everybody!! Honestly, I made a dreamwidth a couple weeks ago when I started getting Uncomfy over there and promptly forgot about it and figured I'd never actually, like, use it.

my tumblr handles are extraordinarily-prettyteeth and contragram. I don't plan to leave, per se, but I'm definitely migrating a lot of my original content here just in case. I mean, most of it isn't nsfw, but with the stuff they're flagging as inappropriate I'm Concerned.
I'm also on AO3 as extraordinarilyprettyteeth, although I haven't officially uploaded all that much of my content yet. I'm in the process of digging up everything from 39487958673 years ago and cataloguing it, which will. only take five million years.

my fandoms are Naruto. and Naruto. And more Naruto. I think that covers all of it, honestly, although i also go through micro-obsessions with star wars/trek and brief love affairs with odd standalone novels. I also love DC comics, although I'm pretty solidly back in my naruto phase right now.

the majority of my content is fic and overinterpreting canon details in order to fulfill my ultimate goal of writing what will almost certainly turn into a thesis on inconsequential stuff like the governmental system of a fictional municipality. is that meta? is meta still a thing?

as for more about me: queer af and Working On It. what is 'it'? good question. probably figuring out the interface here, because I was never really on on LJ, and this is a pretty big switch from tumblr's ui. I ended up posting and deleting this twice because I kept messing up the html and generally making myself a fool. what a difference one backslash makes...
