Reconnecting through Dreamwidth

Hi new people! I'm not new to Dreamwidth (I've been here from the beginning) but I've never used this as a journal for lack of things to post. I'd love to change that, and would love to meet new people!

tumblr: farfromdaylight

other sites: larissa, farfromdaylight (infrequently used, I have a more active private twitter)

fandoms: Mostly video games, with some variation now and then. Biggest fandoms are Final Fantasy (all, but lots of VI, VI, VIII, XII, XIII, and Tactics), Critical Role, The Adventure Zone, Mass Effect, Miraculous Ladybug, Pokémon, Fallout, Zero Escape, etc... Somewhat ironically, my tags page on tumblr has a good summary of my fandoms.

content: Currently, not much! I've been meaning to archive my old liveblogs over here for ages, so I guess now I have the motivation to do it. Probably going to do a handful of posts per liveblog, depending on how long they were. Some were maybe 3 posts and some were 100 posts of why FFXII is the greatest game of all time. (Which it still is, but I can condense it a little, I guess. Maybe.) Or the month I did nothing but watch 24. I feel like if I don't archive that I'll think it was just a fever dream.

access/commenting: Feel free to add me, I'm probably not going to use this as a personal journal but I might not grant access to brand-new people. Nothing personal! I just want to get to know you first. And generally I'll subscribe back but if all you post is fandoms I'm not in it might not be for long. (Though if you do add me, I'd appreciate if you left a comment, because otherwise I'll have no idea what you're adding me for! That and I like meeting new people.)

anything else: I also have a writing journal, diali, where I post every day about my progress on my current projects. I write every day and am currently trying to hit my goal of writing a million words this year, so if you want to watch me crawl towards the finish line, that's the place. (I have something like 60,000 words left. It feels like 600,000.)
