What kind of content I post: I've just joined Dreamwidth, so we'll see.  Right now I'm on a drabble-writing kick for the actual-play podcast I listen to, along with a few of the other podcasts I listen to.  Probably it will be a combination of that, links to fic, and some personal stuff.

Access/commenting policies: Anyone can subscribe or comment.  Access will mostly be reserved for friends, but if I talk to you a bit, I'll probably grant you access.  Very personal stuff will be access-locked.
