My fandoms: I read widely across many fandoms, but only involve myself in the meta of MCU, Teen Wolf, Doctor Who, Discworld, Good Omens, B99, Sense8, Venom, Kingsman, Torchwood, Stargate/Atlantis, Buffy/Angel, Highlander, X-files, Star Trek, Sherlock Holmes.... 

What kind of content I post:  I have eclectic taste and I support diversity:

• personal journal, my pictures, nature photography, gardens and parks, ecology, wild-crafting, pagan themes,
• new research, current events, Canadian and Global politics, equity, disability rights, 
• painting and crafting, art, fibre arts
• sex positive, body positive, feminism, 
• queer themes, kink and BDsM
• writing prompts, meta

Access/commenting policies: I'm approachable and welcoming.. ask me anything- I'll probably answer you. You're welcome to comment on my posts but: Be Kind. I don't tolerate bullies and trolls.

Anything else?: I think I'm happy to be back in a community based, threaded- conversations blogging platform!  I'm living with Chronic Disorders, which means I don't always respond in a timely way. be patient.

I wonder how folks keep track of who they're talking to/about what/when... there are so many places to interact!

Here, i'm replying to a comment you left on MY comment in a community forum... so it's likely only you and I will see it right?

If I wanted to 'broadcast' to a wider audience, I guess I'd make another original post on the community level? Or maybe if I "Reply" to my own top-level post?

So much to re-learn about threaded/nested content!

Community Masterlist

Hey, I know we already connected, but I'm going through and making sure everyone knows about the MCU Community Masterlist. I'm hoping it helps everyone find their people easier!

Thanks! I have "tracked" that post! we'll see how that works out in terms of any changes you edit as the list develops.
Are you able to make the post "sticky" so it floats to the top?.. is that a thing we can do on DW?

Yes, you do it by Settings>Display>(halfway down the page) IDs or URLs of Sticky Entries

Each free account gets two sticky slots. I have a welcome message stickied in my journal, and the masterlist is linked in that sticky.

"Tracked"? I haven't encountered this feature yet. I'm assuming it sends you notifications?

Terminology is such a funny thing. I'm still training myself out of saying "follow" and "reblog."

"tracking" is the little gold 'bell' shape under posts and profiles. It notifies you when there are additions to the post. I'm not sure how it's different than 'subscribing'.. so this is an experiment. I DO know that you only get a limited number of "tracking" functions.. I tripped over my list somewhere in my settings.
