What kind of content I post:I post fic and meta about fandom; I vid very occasionally; I'm a fan of other people's fic, art, vids, and podfic and try to rec things I love when I can; feminist; very occasional posts about the world outside of fandom because I like my play/relaxation space.

Access/commenting policies: I very rarely lock anything here and I tend not to post anything personal I wouldn't want the internet to see.

Anything else? I'm one of the OTW founders and consequently really interested in fandom platforms (and our self-control thereof!) This also leads me to convos about open source culture, free speech, fair use, and related issues. So you might hear a bit about that.

There's lots of fed-up fans. There's not so many fed-up fans that managed to do something about it to the extent you did.

You think fandom will make something better than Tumblr? I'm not convinced image hosting is even possible. I think the only way anyone managed to host images on a significant scale was by borrowing money, and now that the bubble has burst the Internet is going back to text.
